No work life balance low wages too much expectation as far as work life balance is concerned and 12 hour shift. Hourly rate is always messed up also because the lady in payroll doesn't know what she's doing

Recruiting and hiring do very little to retain existing employees. If you don't know the right people, you are passed over for opportunities. People without a degree are also passed over for positions.
