Becoming so political;everyone is afraid to stand up to Supply Chain

Pros

Outside of Marketing and Sales it is very stable and very hard to have your job at risk.

Cons

No real new ideas for growing the business. Just cross your fingers and hope that some part of the business over-delivers. Not willing to take smart risks. Leadership is reluctant to take a stand. The COO is making a play to be the next CEO, and everyone is afraid to stand up for anything that she might not like. Supply Chain is now running the business, with everyone else cowering and afraid to actually provide leadership.

Micro-managers, terrible leadership, HR for managers not employees, employees always wrong, no upward growth, no path for growth, hostile environment and no one supported employees. Abuse continued.
