Pros

Good Campus , Cafe and Bank ATM.

Cons

1. Loose skills while you stay with company. 2. Poor IT Management : If you have genuine complain about your immediate manager practicing wrong work ethics and favoring certain employees ,chances are Directors will take the manager's side instead of helping you in your career growth. 3. Outsourced: They outsourced most of their work and hired IT employees from other countries instead of retraining old work force. On a good note they kept women employees to maintain men: women ratio. 4. False Commitments: When I joined in 2013 they promised they have a lateral movement among team to let you grow, instead they made excuses on short of budget to train people etc and at the same time directors made official international trips in Business Class. 5. They use 20 year old techs: They are still using old techs and being with this company for a long time would make you loose touch with current tech in IT. 6. IT Politics: lot of internal politics and previous CTO mishandling trust of employees. Many employees have quit due to this issue in past 2 years.

Pros

Some really Hardworking individuals who take on a lot of work and deliver. Good Benefits.

Cons

Management ethics are highly questionable. The IT employees are not made accountable. Recently about 30 people are given an option of voluntary retirement with severance package. There is a reason these folks where selected/offered because they have been working here for over a decade and are nearing retirement and some cut down of resources. One particular employee was given the similar package and he was hired back within less than a month as a contractor with even higher $$$ billing. This practice is totally unethical and immoral. That person was just brought back because he has a personal relationship with the manager. One of these examples is just enough to talk about the ethics within the org.

It depends on which group you are working for.

Pros

Like most big companies it depends on the group you are working for. In general I think there is a better work life balance across the company than other places. Pay seems to be in the middle of the pack. There are more sensible people working here than other companies. There are less back stabbing lying corporate crazies that will throw you under the bus to advance their careers. I have identified a few, but overall there are less of them at least within my experience.

Cons

Health plans are middle of the road. This company has all the problems that all big companies have. For the most part, they are less than most companies except for: See Advice to Management.
