Pros

Decent benefits, nice perks like gym and on-site daycare. Upgraded to better maternity and paternity leave benefits recently.

Cons

Company cutting costs and eliminating jobs across the board. Maybe they should have thought twice about spending so much on a new building. This company is sinking. They do not embrace the core values across the board that they claim to uphold.

Pros

Overpay and good benefits/Health Insurance.

Cons

1. Outsourced 2. They will pay specific folks very high to maintain diversity. Even thou team does the same work. 3. No growth: After staying several years the career path is stagnant unless you impress your manager with happy hour. In the name of growth they will assign you work of retired employees and blame you end of the year for not picking up new initiatives.. 4. Under performing : Some upper level folks are under performer and whole job is to keep an eye on employee hours and approve time sheets. 5. Several re orgs in past 5 years, so no clear vision. 6. Employees are billed hours and treated like contractors. 7. You may end up working weekend hours so no work life balance. 8. Unethical Environment: You will often hear from your boss that since you don't have kids so you are not supposed to have a break or spend time on weekends in Middleware and devops. 9. Too many lies: in one instance they said no layoff and there was layoff the following month.

Pros

Benefits package is very good. Compensation is good for incoming employees. Flexible work schedules for non-manufacturing positions.

Cons

Long-term employees can get stuck in salary ranges. Sometimes corporate & local HR feels more like a group "out to get you", rather than an important function used to foster employee relations and recognizing in-house talent for other opportunities.
