      Pros

      Great people to work with on the ground level. Fair compensation.

      Cons

      Management is absolutely out of touch with employees and business. Does not appear to have the capacity for long-term strategic vision and planning.

      Great fringe benefits. On site cafeteria

      Cons

      Too much middle management that does not know how to lead teams. HR and senior management does nothing when concerns are brought to their attention. Poor Managers are "protected" by HR.

      Pros

      The products are high quality and the brand is well loved. The fact that the company is a cooperative makes you feel like the work you do supports farmers. The on boarding and training was very good and Land O'Lakes and the updates to the corporate office were great.

      Cons

      The corporate office is extremely political (at least in Dairy Foods). It's turning into a smaller version of General Mills. It's a risk adverse culture that stifles innovation.
