Cons

Poor management, no chance for advancement; lots of sophomoric behavior and slacking, picture yourself back in high school dealing with cliques and managers who show favoritism and punish others. Any complaints about management get reported back to them and they use it for retribution. Some Shady ethics issues. The company expects you to work 24/7/365 without compensation other than a cell phone and computer to use, management holds grudges if you do not answer the 3 o'clock in the morning phone ringing- 0 work life balance; all work
