Great people to work with and very talented. Better to work outside of the Alpharetta campus; more flexibility.

Cons

No flexible work policy for Alpharetta office which is constraining; Very political and takes dozens of meetings for decisions - far too centralized in decision-making; HR is demoralizing and only listens to upper management and doesn't help the average employee; burn out employees due to no work-life balance and require far too much travel - I think they are just understaffed in too many areas.

The Utility industry is in great need of the Landis + Gear services

Cons

There are many shenanigans going on from the top leadership where HR turns a blind eye. I personally seen a CIO chase out an entire staff of 60+ people within a few short months from bad treatment. The new hires that were replacing them were chased out in as short as a week.
