Management has some of the most incompetent managers I have ever worked with. If you are applying to work here run run far away. Especially deals desk it is a revolving door. Pay is also not high enough to deal with everything that goes on around here

high stress environment, lot's of politics. change in leadership a few years ago has led to many people seeking other opportunities. former CEO used to communicate work life balance, even if it wasn't possible. next leadership has promoted only that everyone needs to work harder, which translates into more hours and more meetings, meetings, meetings.
