Pros

Landmark is young and still a growing organization. Landmark provides great insurance benifits. Paid time off.

Cons

Pay lower than industry average. Little management supervision. No training provided unless you are a teller. Sink or swim mentality. Associates not held accountable for immature obscene behavior. First review was taken down.

Landmark Credit Union is the worst company I ever worked for. I worked in 3 different departments during my time there

Pros

Insurance is the only good thing. And my sad Co workers who were going through what I did. They made the days fun.

Cons

First off management. In every department I experienced management was terrible. Most managers knew nothing about their department. One manager told people in her department "if you ever go to HR about me good luck, nothing will get done" which was so true when I was in that department. It is so sad there. Another manager I has said horribly inappropriate things to her employees and was never in trouble for it. This place is just a joke...they will fire u for anything here.

Coworkers were great, other departments were all very knowledgeable and always willing to help, great networking with other branches, decent opportunity for advancement, had clear policies that were not difficult to follow in opening new accounts or underwriting loan

Cons

Working in a slower branch caps out your incentive opportunity (lower traffic), my branch was very low drama but some branches have a lot of politics among them
