Pay is ok, benefits are only decent.
Cons
Management is a mess. Countless coworkers over the last couple of years have told me this is like no place they’ve worked before, and not in a good way. HR is clearly on the side of managers, brushing any concerns off to the side. Its disheartening how they make themselves out to be there for the common employee but it's all so clear that they're not.
