Pros

Big company with potential to get bigger

Cons

The CEO is no longer all that involved. It’s now being run by nobody in particular, more of a group approach. Very little real leadership……just a bunch of emails and videos and dumb events that most don’t care for but feel pressured to attend. Nobody provides true leadership any more. Don’t trust this management team, specifically one controlling person who try’s to run everything. He thinks he is fun and likeable, yet he is controlling and not to be trusted and everyone can see through it ….also others from his “club” have too much influence. Without a real leader there will be issues at this company in the future. The company has a real problem with the disconnect between leadership and employees.

Pros

Some leadership at corporate is positive-many think they are too disconnected to see reality on the ground level.

Cons

Nepotism-several positions have been given to people who supervise family members, babysit children as favors etc You are a number to the CEO; he rarely interacts with any site level employees.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We want our employees to know that their priorities are our priorities. We recently hired a Vice President of Human Resources who has been intentional about developing the Human Resources department, although implementing change is always a process that takes time.

Overworked, underpaid, chaos.

Pros

New company with seemingly beautiful properties, young company culture.

Cons

Inexperienced in every facet of their business from the home office all the way down to the property level. This company has next to no idea what they are doing and their residents suffer because of it.
