Pros

Great co-workers, customers. New CEO at that time visited our store, and he did not even said hello to the Associates.

Cons

Higher leadership was not supportive.

Best Place to work

Pros

Lands' End is an Employee and Customer based employer. I worked there for 21 years and retired last year. I would love to work there part-time yet, but I cannot get hard-wired internet at my home. The pay is very good and you get trained very well. There are a lot of different opportunities there.

Cons

Because I live in a rural area, I can not get DSL or Cable, so I can't work remotely any longer. I used to work from my daughter's home remotely, but had to retire.

Pros

If you don’t abuse the earning unpaid hours system or paid hours you can stack them up.

Cons

If you get laid off, they won’t pay you a weeks vacation hours you had saved up. HR won’t help you, they help themselves and the company and “it’s” interests only. You’ll loose 20-30+ hours if you ever have to get on FMLA
