Pros

- Very nice people -Had an onsite Gym and ok food options. - If you're very persistent you'll do fine. - (Sometimes a con but mostly Pro) Company is slow to remove people from positions, want you to succeed in your current position. - It is about the customer. I felt like they really cared about customers.

Cons

- Very hard to move upward. Company was looking for new ideas/faces outside the company. - Depending on where you were working the hours may either be extremely demanding (like not being able to attend kid's events due to something that came up same day) or 45-50 hours of work expected to be completed with no overtime. For lower entry positions depending on work of the day you may be asked to go home as soon as 2 hours after arriving for the day. Because of these turn-over was high. - For some positions expectations seemed unreasonably high at times.

Pros

Free workout facility with walking/running track, and indoor swimming pool. On-site daycare facility with great staff, beautiful campus with bikes to ride between buildings, family events throughout the year

Cons

Close minded: not open to looking at ideas presented from experience gained outside of LE. Superiority complex: they feel their technical design and pattern making is superior, regardless of the fact that clothes fit poorly. Cliques rule and if you don't fit, anticipate this carrying over into your working relationship. Human resources does not maintain confidence, if you discuss ANYTHING WITH THEM, anticipate it getting back to that person. This includes reporting harrassment, bullying and passive aggressive behavior. Mediocre compensation compared to Wisconsin cost of living which has high tax rates.

Great for the season, but don't make it a career

Pros

Good wages for what you do.

Cons

Forget about work/family balance. No set hours. Schedules may only be posted up to 3 days before new week starts in some departments. Many commuters who may get sent home within an hour or so of arriving despite an hour or more commute each way, depending on "departmental need".
