Pros

Great atmosphere and employees are always thoughtful of the customer. Strong benefits for employees including company discount on all products.

Cons

There isn't much room to move up in the hierarchy of management. As a result, there is a high amount of employee turnover.

Pros

The staff is great, everyone is extremely inclusive and always supportive of new goals. Unlimited amount of sick days.

Cons

There is no sort of training program at all, you just have to either sink or swim, which can be good or bad
