Pros

Flexibility, great employee discount, decent pay, good pto

Cons

If you enjoy working your butt off for little to no appreciation, then this is a job for you. More and more is being demanded of employees here, and receiving nothing in return. No bonus or pay increase has been awarded in years! The company is struggling big time and is losing tons of great employees as well because of it.

Pros

I am enjoying my time in Lands' End, I am really happy they gave me the chance to collect some experience and skills in Retail. Was my first experience in the field and I really like the company.

Cons

I am spending a lot of money because I want to buy too many Lands' End clothes, pretty much the effect of working in retail

Pros

I absolutely loved working there, the people, the environment, and the discount. It was like a big family.

Cons

The hours were not always reliable. It was totally dependent on the costumer orders on if you could work that day or not.
