Pros

Co-workers are great. Very friendly company. Nice fitness facility onsite that is included as a benefit of working for the company. Plenty of company sponsored family activities if you have children.

Cons

Management is not very strong. There aren't many opportunities for career growth. Seem to be headed towards hiring more contractors instead of full time employees. Have not bee any raises or bonuses for a few years.
