Pros

A company of integrity with products we can be proud of selling. Great customer focused business.

Cons

Schedules have no consistency (not scheduled enough hours),and very little chance to advance to a full-time position . Even as hours are decreased in slow season, employer will sometimes fight unemployment benefits.

Pros

Pays well. good amenities like events and discounts and gym. Location wise nice and easy drive. Twenty words is hard to do when you don't want to work there anymore.

Cons

Dealing with impossible customers. Extremely stressful situations. Hard to excel up in company. Occasionally unorganized. Some employees I feel don't do their work and yet are not yelled at or fired.
