Absolutely terrible

Pros

On site gym, summer hours

Cons

No bonuses, no raises, terrible morale, nobody tries because it won't pay off and you will never be praised, high turnover, constant change in management with different opinions by each person so you're constantly changing things over and over, usually to something that's already been done and won't work but nobody listens to the seasoned employees, way too much control given to the ceo, no appreciation for employees or long time customers, going down hill extremely fast

Pros

There are very smart, capable and genuine people at Lands' End. Great opportunities to do a variety of work within the BtoB side of the organization. Never a dull moment.

Cons

Direction of the company can be schizophrenic, frustrating and a total waste of money. Systems are a challenge.

Pros

Decent pay for a part time job.

Cons

Poor management & archaic management structure, poor hours, clueless CEO. Plenty of other fatal flaws as well :(
