Pros

Employee discounts and online sales bonus. Laid back atmosphere. Boss is very approachable and friendly. Coworkers are the best people.

Cons

Not enough hours, no annual raise, needs to get out from underneath Sears and thrive. No other cons really.

Pros

Co-workers are the best, can make you get through even the worst of days. Salary is very good for the area (Dodgeville, WI) for those who don't have degrees. Work is not hard

Cons

No one matters any more. The employees give and give and give and there's no reward or encouragement. Too many managers, not enough workers.

Pros

The people that you work with are great. Feels like a second family.

Cons

Office politics. You can be trained for everything under the sun but yet still won't be offered full-time status unless you are a favorite.
