Pros

Amazing team of brilliant creative thinkers, problem solvers. Focused on success. People aren't afraid to laugh, speak up, present concepts and try new ideas.

Cons

Ever-pressing deadlines with multiple changing directions is not uncommon to the industry but often restricts great idea generation. More time doing, less time conjuring the next big idea.

Pros

flexible working hours with lots of breathing room. the customers are very different than sears very knowledgeable and easy to help out

Cons

the team is very small so if someone doesn't show up to work u might have to work double shift. also the management could act more like an adult and less childish

Pros

Flexibility with schedule, pay is good for this area. The ability to do what is needed to make it right with a customer.

Cons

Not enough support. Favoritism. Too many meetings that should have been an email wasting time.
