Pros

Great people on cross-functional teams, fairly competitive salary.

Cons

Poor leadership makes what should be a really fun job very painful. Difficult to move up in the organization because they don't like to promote from within. Not a lot of career growth opportunities for anyone below director level (travel, tradeshows, vendor visits, etc) In my time at the company we went through 5 CEOs. Brand lacks an identity so it's difficult to understand the customer they are trying to reach. Felt like we were constantly being asked to design for a customer they didn't have, without a marketing strategy to reach that customer, and in doing so the aging loyal customer would be turned off from the brand.

Pros

During my interview process everyone was very nice and helpful, the interview process was fast and efficient, however there was 5 rounds which was exhausting and time consuming.

Cons

I received an offer but Lands End gave me less than 24 hours to decide and less than 24 hours to talk about it with the recruiter so they pulled the offer. So I went through a 2 week interview process and I couldnt get more than 24 hours to review/ think about the offer???
