      Pros

      Hybrid work. Great discount. Fun product. Hands on. Great perks (gym and clinic). Decent salary(but hard to get more). Spacious office

      Cons

      Very hard to grow/no promotion paths. Some toxicity in the workplace from certain leaders and no support from HR. Not consistent expectations for each person/favoritism. Poor yearly raises if any. Very hard to get more than 2 wks vacation.
