Pros

Flexible scheduling was great. It's a good place to work if you enjoy working independently without supervisors on your case constantly. It's a nice, clean, and safe environment. Great training program, I felt very confident and prepared to begin working on my own.

Cons

The work can get tedious. Getting full time status with benefits is very hard, and the hours drop off significantly in the winter time for part time people.
