Company is going downhill fast

Pros

Buildings are nice / Campus-like.

Cons

It's understaffed everywhere, and not just a little bit. If you're in IT, you will not have a life, but you will work 60-70-80 hours / week. Company hasn't paid bonuses in at least ten years. No training, no tuition reimbursement, no mentoring, no professional development programs, and the technology is really, really old. And being in tiny Dodgeville, there's almost nowhere to go for lunch. My commute to Madison was 55 minutes each way.

Pros

The pay and coworkers were the best part of the job. Business Outfitters was less tedious than the "CORE" side. Casual work attire was great.

Cons

LEBO Management very rude and condescending. Employees only get 1 half hour break per shift. Bathroom breaks are timed. They will alter your stats if they don't like you. Leads are very unprofessional i.e.talk in detail female issues as well as gossip about employees to other employees who are their favorites. There was also a bonus program but my lead did not tell a fellow co-worker until the coworker noticed it on her check. It would have been nice to know.

Pros

There are no pros to working for this company. I am ashamed I did.

Cons

Director level management on my team was absolutely disgusting. The most incompetent and delusional I have ever met. Stealing from team members, bullying and insane. You wouldn't believe it. It was the most insane thing I have ever witnessed and I can't believe I went through this. As a woman I must warn other women DO NOT WORK HERE! Do not work on the digital/eCommerce team in any way. The management is crazy and delusional, they do nothing and are not held accountable for their actions. This says everything about senior management and the inevitable demise this company will face.
