Revolving door

Business Outlook

Pros

There are some really smart and motivated people that come through there from time to time.

Cons

Culture and morale are in a bad place. People want to come in and help the company find its way, they are all to quickly run off in favor of cutting corners and decisions based on ego.

Pros

Most coworkers are good people

Cons

Management is a mess currently, bending hybrid rules for certain employees. Location is terrible and not hiring quick enough to offset lots of turnover
