Yummy and complimentary food is given to employees, HR is lovely and bubbly but won't do much when it counts, and cool meeting spaces

Cons

Terrible office politics. They secretly hate and talk about each other with ill intent. Current higher-ups/department heads do not want new hires to grow. Pays minimum wage.

Very professional atmosphere and employee treatment, I couldn't complain on lack of support from colleagues and managers in the most basic cases. Attention to the details leaves very little room for mistakes.Very competitive pay level.

Cons

If you think about professional growth you can cross this place out from your list immediately. Once you've got locked in one position it is nearly impossible to get promoted or even transfer across departments. Most people simply leave to get better growth opportunities elsewhere. Visitation of the auditing agent elevates stress level to the measure that is uncommon even on the Wallstreet.
