It's a great place to work face to face with students. Very rewarding work. Many opportunities to present at esteemed conferences.

Cons

Follows an academic calendar schedule, so a few weeks here and there without work/pay. Hours are distributed based on availability and need so it's not a guarantee that you'll get the hours you want. College politics can be a little eye-rolling at times.
