      Hi! Thank you for the review - we hope your overall experience with our organization was positive! While parking does yield an expense for employees, we do provide a $100/month stipend for hourly employees to offset that expense. Employees who want this stipend must enroll in our commuter transit program. Typically the remaining expense employees incur is between $10-$40/month. Your feedback is important and something to keep in mind as we continue to evaluate our benefit offerings.

      Truly a disruptor in a broken industry. Trying to make changes.

      Poor execution of goal and vision. Upper level leadership is toxic and C-Suite is either unaware or accepting.

      + There is so much room for growth here! I cannot emphasize this enough. + A very collaborative environment where leadership is easily accessible. + An inspiring mission that is easy to get behind, the service we offer is one I am proud to support. + Exciting and casual work environment that is actively improving employee culture and events at every turn. Things like catered lunches, breakfast, holiday events, and even a bar cart on Thursdays that passes out beer and wine! They are even working to expand their volunteer reach. + Cool downtown office space. + Surrounded by many co-workers who are passionate and inspired by the changes we are making in the healthcare industry. + A solid benefit package plan for employees.

      Cons

      - If you are not able to handle a quickly changing and growing environment this may not be the fit for you. - If you are unable to work autonomously to a degree and need a great deal of micromanagement this may not be the fit for you. - If you do not work well in a collaborative, team environment this may not be a good fit.
