      Unorganized and all over the place. It’s a newer company so I understand they are working out some kinks but things could be a lot better and it feels like suggestions go unheard

      Fast paced, exciting atmosphere, with other young people

      After you peel the onion back its just ex-wall street execs after money...not a sustainable culture at all.

      + There is so much room for growth here! I cannot emphasize this enough. + A very collaborative environment where leadership is easily accessible. + An inspiring mission that is easy to get behind, the service we offer is one I am proud to support. + Exciting and casual work environment that is actively improving employee culture and events at every turn. Things like catered lunches, breakfast, holiday events, and even a bar cart on Thursdays that passes out beer and wine! They are even working to expand their volunteer reach. + Cool downtown office space. + Surrounded by many co-workers who are passionate and inspired by the changes we are making in the healthcare industry. + A solid benefit package plan for employees.

      Cons

      - If you are not able to handle a quickly changing and growing environment this may not be the fit for you. - If you are unable to work autonomously to a degree and need a great deal of micromanagement this may not be the fit for you. - If you do not work well in a collaborative, team environment this may not be a good fit.
