      Insurance benefits, non management employees, flexibility in hours and work from home if you suck up to the right person

      Executive management, inconsistency, lack of procedures, lack of management accountability, pay is below par, PTO not able to be rolled over at all, bonus structure is for the sales motivation only, 401k is a joke, expectations for salary offered is a joke
