Pros would probably be the employees, they are the amazing people you would want to work with...

Cons

Its who you know here. Terrible management for sure. They will hire you based on your capabilities and take advantage of your work ethics.

I can not think of anything positive about this company. Such a waste.

Senior upper management is a joke. They are only interested in saving their own hides. If there is a problem, which there will always be since they do not know how to manage, they will fire employees over and over and blame the problems on the employee when it is actually the managers fault due to their daily drama to keep the focus off of them by Robert Larson and their lack of knowledge of their jobs so therefore they blame EVERYTHING on the employees and never themselves. Really sad and I am surprised it is still going on. Seems to me the Larson's would have figured this out by now but when three members of the upper management team are family members than it will never change.
