Cons

If you come in as an entry level Technician you must be willing to put in the time for your training if you want to move up in position quicker

Pros

They provided me with a job. It seems that they will hire just about anybody, which can be a con as well. Management tries to accomodate for employee demands.

Cons

Management can be unprofessional. Compensation is not up to par with industry. If your numbers are not good enough, they will ding you.

Pros

You are around some of the best automobiles on the road. It's Audi so there is a feeling of working for a classy company and the clients are some of the best people you will meet.

Cons

There is no value on the employee. You are reminded that you are replaceable. Highest revolving door for employees of anywhere I have worked to include 15+ years in the industry. They will have a hire fest and bring in 5-10 new sales people that will slowly start to pick off until no one is left after six months then do it again. You need to check and double check your pay, it is always short and off. There is an excuse every time so no worry there.
