Stay away from BDC and reception Jobs

None at all. They don't care about employees

Cons

Pay is not worth being watched like a child and treated like dirt by higher ups. Stay away from the BDC turn over rate is horrible and manager is the worst I have ever worked for. Titus Will has treated me amazing and pay is way better!
