Pros

- People in my department were nice and friendly - Management is accommodating to any situation.

Cons

- You are always out of date - 80% of the customers are rude or angry - You are not given the proper tools to do your job - you are not able to give prices or updates and must give a call back note to the service team who never call back and customers yell at you for it. - Your colleague and service advisors never answer the phone - Pay is meh and the benefits are subpar. (Kaiser PPO plans)
