Management is terrible. Treat employees like dirt. Expect you to work all time. If on PTO, they call you and want you to do things without any respect for your time. Company is divided into 2 groups- those who create sales and the rest are treated as the dirt on the soles of those peoples shoes. Bullying happens a lot but seems to be acceptable behavior because management does it too. The management staff are people you feel like they are superior to everyone and when things brought to their attention they chose to ignore it as a means for it to go away.

Growth is too much too fast to keep up with - currently not enough people for the workload. Trouble hiring new talent, while willing to let go of current talent too easily. Thus, creating work life balance problems for those who remain. Merit raises only occur once a year. Some old timers in senior and mid management can be rigid and out of touch with more progressive workplace culture realignments (remote working, promoting from within, work life balance, talent retention).
