Pros

Open account at Staples (every organizer's dream)!!!! One of the best options you'll find in this super country town that doesn't have many options.

Cons

Overbearing management (and corporates don't try to manage them). Some cubicles (mine) had NO access to sunlight. Ridiculous expectations.

Thank you for your insight! I am sorry you didn’t enjoy your time working at Lassonde Pappas. Unfortunately, we’re restricted by the design of our building and are not able to seat everyone close enough to a window to allow for natural light. That choice is not made consciously as the floor plan is laid out to enhance communication among departments. It is true that we have high expectations of our employees, as we try to encourage everyone to grow and develop their skills as opposed to being stagnate in their current role. Managers are held to the same high standards as their employees, if not higher, as we are a growing company, and need dedicated, hungry employees to support that growth. Pros

I thought all the coworkers were friendly and helpful. Nice to have fresh fruits and juices and Lassonde did have a events that were nice for the employees

Cons

The management was sorely lacking in professionalism. There was little to no communication from them and it appeared there were many "favorites" among the management teams if you were not one of them you probably were not going to be promoted anywhere

Pros

HR is working hard on employee engagement, it is easy to make an impact in your area. The company is small enough that it is easy to make an impact but big enough that you have learning and career opportunities as well as employee engagement and recognition initiatives.

Cons

Nothing that I can think of but... Like every company going through cycles of growth, some changes have to be expected and if you don't like change this could be a con for you...
