      Pros

      Entrepreneurial spirit is encouraged. Employees are expected to make decisions for the business as if they were a business owner. Business key results and objectives are shared with employees and they are expected to know how they impact them. New CEO is serious minded and expects leaders to perform and deliver results, but he still genuinely cares about people. I have worked in the CA plant for 7 years and it's in a great location. The mgmt. team is home grown and most have been there for over 5 years. They are results driven, but care about the employees. Our benefits package is better than many large companies. Employees have great plan options for medical, dental, and vision coverage at lower out of pocket cost. A diverse customer base and product mix keeps it really interesting. There is rarely a boring day. Seems like something new is happening all the time.

      Cons

      If you don't like change, it's not for you. Change is a big part of this dynamic organization. Things are changing all the time.

      Corporate Culture Challenging

      Pros

      most co-workers are nice, health benefits, lunch and learn opportunities, pleasant office spaces, complimentary beverages, town hall meetings, close to highways, extra days off around certain holidays, corporate events, departmental breakfasts, CPU courses

      Cons

      Management not very supportive to everyone, most people seem stressed out and overwhelmed, no sick time awarded to hourly workers, mysterious employee terminations, skeletal workforce in certain departments, uncertain employment future, clocking in and out on computer instead of at a door with a badge like many other companies, QAD software is not user friendly( old version ), shark tank not open to everyone, management unavailable for the most part, lack of training pertinent to job (shouldn't be figure it out on your own quick or get shown the door;if you were hired, you must have half a brain),

      -CEO legitimately cares about its employees while expecting the best from everyone, VP to Analyst. -Everyone is supportive with a consolidated goal -Everyone seems to be proud to work there
