Pros

Good work/life balance. Free breakfast/lunch/snacks in office. Unlimited PTO. (Yes, actually.) (But obviously within reason) Lots of career growth.

Cons

Constant process changes. Started “highly recommending” work from home employees come in twice a week.

Pros

Get things stood up fast and mature them quickly, no bs or politics collect ideas, everyone jumps in to implement the best one. Speed while meeting or exceeding industry standards. Learned a lot there, amazing work culture.

Cons

Most of that experience was from Argo before it transitioned to Latitude and things were reshuffled between Ford and VW. The Efficacy took a nose dive shortly after, I believe it was due to uncertainties during the transition from be sold as subsidiaries to the companies mentioned above. I left shortly after, migrating with other team mates for a new opportunity. I was not there by the time things started to run smoothly again.
