- Supportive managers, directors. - Mature stack and great tools. - Infra teams that are highly responsive to customer teams. Making it easier to get some work done. - Great teammates, no politics so far.

Cons

- Work times can get longer especially around deliverables. - The stock grant was a little delayed, didn't read it well on the offer letter.
