Pros

Good office. Great kitchen staff cooking delicious lunch and breakfast. Working with many smart people. The mission is a step in the right direction.

Cons

The management exhibits toxic behaviors with no effort to address or improve them. There is a pervasive culture of employee burnout. Goals and deadlines are often highly ambitious or even unattainable, with minimal opportunity for discussion or feedback.

Latitude is doing well at coordinating across different teams. It's nice to be making a product for Ford motor company. The growth plan is highly supported by Ford leadership.

Cons

It's a little bit hard when maybe times, to get something done, I need help from people who I've never met from an office far away from me. There's a lot of stop energy preventing good work from getting done

Moreover, I appreciate how our culture encourages us to continuously learn and be challenged. It's invigorating to be in an environment where personal and professional growth are not only supported but actively encouraged. This aspect of our culture keeps me motivated and excited to tackle new challenges each day.
