Pros
Some coworkers are awesome and supportive. In the good days the team building exercises were good to keep up the spirit amid hard to meet deadlines. Some managers are good.
Cons
Leadership lacks enough technical experience to really plan out a successful strategy for certain projects. Unlimited vacation is a joke. Pay is way lower than other companies in the field, and yearly raises are nothing to be happy about. Company suddenly lays off 14% of the company in one day and treats employees like they are some kind of criminal which needs to be enforced immediate exit of building. The expectations to complete projects don't match the available resources. No support for buying tools to do your job, but expected to make things work.
