There are some great, dedicated people in non-leadership roles.

Cons

Executive leadership is in it only for themselves and are some of the most arrogant people I've ever seen. If you don't work in San Jose expect to be tread as a second class citizen Forget about work life balance. Expect to be on call 24/7

Pros

Recent acquisition of Silicon Image is promising. Working at Lattice provides a real opportunity to have a contributing stake in the organization. You work on significant projects that matter.

Cons

Integrating two companies takes time and is critical to success.

Mostly Great Environment To Work

Pros

You are allowed to be creative, and interact with many different engineering disciplines. You may be able to write your own automation tools, if none exist, and add that to your resume. The people you work with are excellent folks, and you will feel a sense of inclusion from the first day.

Cons

You might think you are overworked sometimes, but hard work is good for everyone. There is a sense that there aren't enough resources to fulfill all the vision of the company, and this should be corrected to make us competitive.
