Pros

The people working at the company were great fun to be around. Unfortunately that's the extent of the good news.

Cons

The company relies on outdated tools, and procedures. Simple jobs that the tools would take care of at other companies would be slow drudging manual jobs here.

Lattice fosters a work hard, play hard environment and based on your comment it seems that you enjoyed that environment. Lattice has been making deliberate investments to improve our processes, tools and procedures and we are constantly looking for new ways to make things even better.

BOD and Senior Management team going in the wrong direction

Pros

Many dedicated people in all areas of the company continue to try and deliver results with little appreciation from management.

Cons

New management team seems focused on short term cost reduction by outsourcing of jobs to foreign locations. CEO has not delivered on promises to improve pace of new product introduction and it has actually gotten worse.
