Pros
This is not like anything else. Have you ever heard the expression "There's no place like home"? If you work here, believe me when I say that this is HOME. Ledium is a place where you can be completely yourself and project whatever thoughts come to mind. This place is so different in terms of culture that even though you're working, you're having fun while doing it, which is invaluable.
Cons
The only disadvantage I can think of is that you may feel overwhelmed by the job at times, but this is something you can manage.
