Pros

Leadium allows you to grow professionally in the Sales Dev industry but at the same time develop internal areas of yourself. Excellent office environment- pumping music is always playing, spiffs are always being given out, and Happy Hour every Friday -- My fave! :D The role is very flexible- you get to be creative, it challenges you to be your best, and you can always reach your goals.

- Great Culture - You can always count on your co-workers if you need any help. - A very understanding management, always willing to help if any issues (personal/work related) come's across.

Although it's currently being worked on communication has been there only challenge.

Pros

Leadium makes me feel like I am a part of a huge family, a safe zone, and a place where I can be myself. I've had the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally. To me, there is no such thing as a comfort zone any longer :)

Cons

Working at Leadium is so fun, that sometimes I don't even want to get home.
