      Overall good site to work for, easy to make some quick bucks

      Pros

      There are lots of writing opportunities on this site, given that you have an interest in them. The editors are all very cooperative and willing to give you constructive criticism your first few articles.

      Cons

      genres of articles are limited. it took me awhile to find my niche on this site. If you want to write women's articles for example, few and far between. The format it also difficult to undertake and adjust to at first.

      1. The prestige and fast growth of the company looks great on your resume. 2. You get really high access to the company's inner workings. 3. The environment is so fun.

      Cons

      1. They demand too much in-office time from interns. 2. It's easy to fall into the "give it to the free intern" slump of doing menial work.

      Lots of new projects and ideas to work on. This company has great potential, and Richard is a good innovator of ideas.

      Cons

      This place has some of the worst political drama that I have ever seen, Most of the management believes in lying to the employees, and constantly play against one another, the management in Ca never comes to the bellevue office to check up on this branch, please, please do not work here.
