      A lot of pressure because there is a lot to do.

      Pros

      Some very talented developers to work with. Very interesting software development work. Overall highly motivated people who are generally easy to work with.

      Cons

      HIgh Pressure with a lot of Accountability. Management is under a lot of pressure and pass that on to developers. Direction of goals change rapidly to meet the needs of the business.

      Pros

      The business plan is innovative. There's some really smart, talented people especially in R&D. A lot of positivity surround the culture.

      Cons

      Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. manager, senior manager, director, senior director, VP, SVP, EVP. It seems like an awfully young company to have so many layers of management.
