Pros

Other than a casual work environment, none. Oh yeah, they let you leave every day at 5 on the dot. So that is cool too. But don't dare come in after 8 am....at that point call in and take a sick day to avoid the wrath.

Cons

1. MUST take lunch from 12 - 1 every single day, no exceptions (understandable if you were in the call center, but not for accounting, HR, marketing or design teams). Must ask for permission to do group lunches because they flip if you take more than an hour. 2. They only hire people to say they have X amount of people on a team because they believe it makes them sound and look cool. When in reality I watched one person shop for shoes 7 out of 8 hours a day, one talk on G chat 7 out of 8 hours a day and me stare at a blank computer screen 7 out of 8 hours a day. 3. If you are a new employee you aren't given the time of day. Overheard VP tell employee that had been there three years that "he takes care of those have that been with him and couldn't care less about anyone coming in that was new." 4. They are set in their ways. No room to advance, no ideas will be approved unless you are a seasoned employee. 5. Cocky upper management (other than the CEO). Talks about how many windows their house has, how many luxury cars they own and how they have more money than 90 percent of the people working there. Most upper-management just fell into the positions they were in because of someone that knows someone. Which is all great, if you actually knew what you were doing. 6. ZERO diversity. You will see about 2 African-Americans and that's as much diversity as you will see. Other than one or two women, all men are in upper-management positions. 7. Completely mindless job. Every single day I felt like I was losing brain cells because of the people I was surrounded by. No one understood what they were doing, why they were doing it or how to do it. 8. PTO. It is 2016 - how do you NOT offer PTO. This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for. I truly do not have anything positive to say about it and want to warn people when they apply.

Pros

The owner of this Company has a business plan that will surely allow him to continue his excellent record of success. He treats his employees extremely well and is extremely dedicated to his Company. Makes it a pleasure to work for him. Has since discovered that his employees are loyal, do not lie to him and has since removed the cause of many issues. Because of this I believe they deserve an overall rating of 5, however, still believe they could have acted sooner.

Cons

Upper management was less then honest and without looking further into it the owner just believed..... People made large changes to come to the company, after being recruited by them, just to have to scramble for work over lying executives,
