There is a Team Effort to succeed. Support throughout the company is evident. Owner is involved and probably your biggest motivator. It's a good feeling to like the company you work for.

Cons

Lots of work and job goes home with you. I'm a workaholic so it is not a big deal for me, but might be an issue for others.

LeafFilter offers a flexible schedule, easy job, decent pay including weekly bonuses.

Cons

Too many managers who are not on the same page, calling people 10 times a day in the call center, job can be very boring and repetitive at times. Constantly being told what the stats are and being pushed MORE BETTER FASTER...
