Definitely toxic, as we've seen folks leave because of this - Bro culture amongst certain parts of management - No accountability or mutual passion to deliver great services to customers - People team constantly rotating out; clearly, they're seeing problems and running away fast - Despite many rounds of funding, never once offered bonuses to those who hustled to get the company where it is today - Equity is laughable. Management and Finance refuse to reveal any details about percentages so you can't tell how little you're getting

The company is moving very fast, so expect to be busy. Also hiring quickly, so there are a lot of new people getting up to speed.
